Meet the Team

Manager's

Richard and Fran Stevens joined Wadworth brewery in September 2006.
Having previously run the Bath Arms at Horningsham (on the Longelat estate) for 4 years. Richard and Fran met whilst working at Oscars nite club and Longleat restaurant and have now been married for 21 years.


Kitchen Staff

Martin Paige came to us in June 2009 and has many years experience in the trade and brings his knowledge to the kitchen at the Red Lion.

Sally Stock joined the team in July 2008 and is responsible for our extensive range of home made desserts.

Jack Hargreaves has now joined the kitchen team.



Front of House Staff

Louise Stevens is the Daughter of Richard and Fran, Louise works front of house but also jumps in the kitchen to lend a hand when needed.

Dave Fligiel is the only remaining member of staff from before we took over
and has been with us full time ever since.

Amy Rimmer joined the team this year and does both bar and waiting on the tables



Waiting Staff

We have five part- time staff - Amy, Sharon, Toby, Rob and Wayne

Amy and Toby are students at Lackham College,
Sharon Works in a care home and helps oout when she can
Rob Jotcham is currently at Bath College studying catering and hospitality

And Finally Wayne Britten who not only waits on tables and looks after the gardens.
